The sludge dryer can dry materials with a moisture content of 90% to finished products at one time. In view of the characteristics of sludge that is easy to agglomerate during drying, the material plate structure of the general single-channel dryer has been changed, and a combined self-cleaning device has been adopted, which greatly expands the application range of the single-channel dryer. The sludge enters the guide plate in the dryer from the feeder through the chute. As the cylinder rotates, the sludge is guided to the inclined lifting plate and lifted to the center of the cylinder, gradually falling to form a material curtain, and the high-temperature airflow passes through it, so that the sludge is preheated and part of the water evaporates. When the sludge falls and moves to the movable grate wing plate, the material is mixed with the preheated grate wing plate, and the heat is transferred to the material, so that part of the water evaporates. At the same time, the wing plate carries the material to lift and fall, and repeats it many times, and the material and the hot air flow undergo convection and contact heat exchange. At the same time, the cleaning device buried in the material also slides down along the inner side of the arc-shaped lifting plate to clean up the material adhering to the inner wall of the lifting plate. When the cleaning device rotates along with the cylinder through the vertical line, it drags on the back of the arc lifting plate to clean up the material adhering to the outer wall of the lifting plate. As the cylinder rotates continuously, part of the water evaporates and the sludge is further dried. At the same time, the cleaning device also breaks up the sludge balls, increasing the drying speed. Finally, the sludge becomes low-moisture loose material after drying and is discharged from the discharge port.
