The Sawdust Dryer system comprises a heating furnace, feed inlet, rotating drum, filtering cylinder, material conveyor pipe, cooling cylinder, and discharge outlet. The key operational steps are:
1. Heat Source and Material Entry: The heating furnace generates the required hot air, and sawdust is fed into the rotating drum via the feed inlet. The drum, mounted on driven rollers, rotates at a low speed powered by a motor and reducer.
2. Drying in the Rotating Drum: Inside the drum, lifting blades continuously stir and lift the sawdust, ensuring full exposure to the hot air. This enhances drying efficiency and accelerates moisture evaporation.
3. Filtering and Conveyance: The drum is connected to a filtering cylinder equipped with baffles to trap impurities in the sawdust. Only high-quality, dry sawdust is passed into the material conveyor pipe.
4. Cooling and Final Output: The conveyor pipe connects to a cooling cylinder, where the material is cooled by a blower before exiting through the discharge outlet. The system ensures consistent quality and low residual moisture content.
